Meet Allison 

 

I'm a travel advisor, educator, and founder of Collier Travel Collective and By Design.I've spent 12 years and 1,400+ trips figuring out what it takes to build a travel business that runs well — the systems, the structure, the pricing, the communication, all of it.

But I didn't start here. 

For a long time, I thought the answer was working harder. It wasn't. The problem was never my effort. It was that I had no real structure, no clear systems, no repeatable processes, no map for the business side of things. I was good at planning travel. Running the business behind it was something I had to figure out entirely on my own.

So I built what I needed. And when I looked around and couldn't find a program that taught this part of the business, the real, practical, foundational work, I created one. Because I knew I wasn't the only one navigating this alone and I wanted to share.

By Design is that program.
